1000 Bikes Foundation is looking for enthusiastic, passionate and experienced individuals to join our existing team for fund-raising and sales. There are two positions available Sales and Marketing Team-member and Fundraising/Sales Consultants.
To be considered for these position candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Professional, confident, friendly and approachable attitude and be able to represent the charity in chosen locations.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Confidence in addressing prospective donors
- A drive and passion to constantly meet and exceed expectations
- Ability to work independently
- Fundraising experience is desirable
- High energy, bike riding enthusiast (desired but not required)
Duties will include but not be limited to the following task:
- Pre-qualify, research and present location, sponsorship and fundraising opportunities
- Coordinating and scheduling events
- Contacting different sources to sell ad space in upcoming events, raffles, and or general fundraising
- Creating deals and partnerships with vendors for sponsorship space
- Follow up with companies and or individuals looking to sponsor events, groups, riders, and or teams
- Expanding the donor base
Part-time and full-time positions available. This is a commission based position. We have plenty of events and outlets for advertisers and sponsors to sponsor.
So there are plenty of sources to generate commission and make a nice commission. Plus you will be making lots of kids and families very happy!
